Sled rentals for longer periods of time available upon request. Please contact us for special pricing if booking multiple machines/days.
Fuel is not included. Day rentals are until 6PM No Exceptions. With optional insurance of $45 per day, reduces from full payment to a deductible of $3000.
Sled rentals are self pickup.
Sled Rental Booking Policy:
All Bookings require a 30% booking deposit. The deposit or full amount must be paid at the time of booking to fully secure your dates.
Rental Conditions:

Valid identification required; minimum age is 19 with a valid driver’s license.

Optional insurance available for $45 per day, reduces damage deductible from full damage to $3000 per incident.

Pick up between 7:00am and 10:00am - Return by 6:00 PM (Late returns are subject to $100.00/hour fee starting from 6:00 pm)
Sled Rental Cancellation policy:
Written cancellations are received by our office only. No refunds for unused portions of rentals, early returns and 'no shows'.

30 days or more before start time: 100% of payment refunded.

14 days or more before start time: 50% of payment refunded.

7 days or more before start time 25% of payment refunded.

3 days or less 0% of payment refunded.
No shows/ unused days or early returns: No refunds

What happens if I damage a sled?Any damaged parts and labour will be deducted from your damage deposit.

What time can I pick up or drop off?7am is the start of pick up. Drop off is no later than 6pm.

What kind of fuel and oil do I use?91 octane fuel and skidoo XPS 2 stroke oil only in our machines.

What if I do not have a truck to haul a sled?We offer 2 and 3-place open deck trailers for your sled rentals if needed.

Do you repair non-rental snowmobiles?Yes, we work on all makes and models of snowmobiles to get you back in the mountains.

Do you have avalanche gear for rent?Yes, we have avalanche gear for rent in limited quantities and sizes please call ahead to book your size.

Do I need a helmet and snowsuit?Yes, due to the wide variety of sizes, each rider is responsible for their own snow gear.
